I really don't care. When I saw that post in the feminist LJ, I saw it as someone raising a question and showing both sides. Then I read the response and was like, "Um... what?" Here comes the strawfeminist again.

I had thought of responding to it myself, but (like I said) I really don't know much about the actual issue. So, thank you for this. And, while I'm at it, thank you for your post on "Refrigerator Culture and Privilege".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8262996.post-1140208699302204262006-02-17T14:38:00.000-06:002006-02-17T14:38:00.000-06:00I agree, that this specific case is really just a ...I agree, that this specific case is really just a jumping off point for the larger issue of it just being okay to question. Not necessarily this specific case, but the larger concept that it's okay to be appreciative of the gesture while still being critical of the underlying structures and implications. Everybody wins.Haute Corbeillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07185246237238633338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8262996.post-1140118384372829742006-02-16T13:33:00.000-06:002006-02-16T13:33:00.000-06:00This is the most rational opinion on this latest s...This is the most rational opinion on this latest spatting that I've read.
